Our Graphic Design Class is an immersive journey into the realm of visual communication and design. Students will dive deep into the world of professional graphic design using industry-standard tools from Adobe Creative Cloud. This program offers hands-on experience with the powerful tools empowering young designers to craft captivating graphics, logos, posters, packaging and more.

 

Students will learn the core principles of graphic design, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition. Explore industry-standard software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, gaining proficiency in using these tools effectively. Develop problem-solving skills by approaching design challenges from conceptualization to execution.

Unleash your artistic talents and step into the world of digital illustration! Using the innovative Procreate app and an iPad with the Apple Pencil, students will learn to create captivating digital artworks that push the boundaries of imagination.

 

The class will focus on fundamentals of digital art, including layers, brushes, color palettes, and blending techniques. Engage in guided projects that enable students to apply their skills to create original illustrations and designs. Discover how to manipulate textures, add special effects, and use digital tools to enhance your visual storytelling.

At the end of each school year, all Art Explore and Foundation students are invited to participate in our Annual Art Show!
