This program offers hands-on experience with the powerful tools empowering young designers to craft captivating graphics, logos, posters, packaging and more.
Students will learn the core principles of graphic design, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition. Explore industry-standard software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, gaining proficiency in using these tools effectively. Develop problem-solving skills by approaching design challenges from conceptualization to execution.
iPad Illustration Class
GRADES 4 - 8, GRADES 9 - 12
Unleash your artistic talents and step into the world of digital illustration! Using the innovative Procreate app and an iPad with the Apple Pencil, students will learn to create captivating digital artworks that push the boundaries of imagination.
The class will focus on fundamentals of digital art, including layers, brushes, color palettes, and blending techniques. Engage in guided projects that enable students to apply their skills to create original illustrations and designs. Discover how to manipulate textures, add special effects, and use digital tools to enhance your visual storytelling.
Technology Requirements:
Students must have access to an iPad compatible with the Apple Pencil and the Procreate app installed. Technical guidance will be provided to ensure a smooth setup.
